Kristin Gray

Kristin Gray, a native of Chicago, IL, brings a wealth of experience and a fervent commitment to education, community outreach, and service. Currently holding a Master’s Degree in Counseling, Adult and Higher Education from Northern Illinois University (2015), Kristin has dedicated over 13 years to both Higher Education and K-12 settings.

Renowned for her ability to cultivate inclusive environments, Kristin is a catalyst for empowering individuals to embrace their authenticity and strive for personal growth every day. Her career is a testament to her passion for building people and leading with a servant's heart.

Aligned with the TARCP mission and values, Kristin is eager to contribute to the organization's vision, guided by the principles of Community, Commitment, and Change. She envisions fostering a culture where these principles serve as daily beacons, driving positive transformation within the community and beyond.

TAYLER OWENS

ACCOUNTING/MEMBERSHIP

One of Tayler's passions is helping people, which is why not only is she a valuable member of our team, she is also a proud Registered Nurse. Tayler has twelve years of experience providing bookkeeping and accounting services for non-profit organizations, so TARCP's mission was a great fit for her administrative talent. Tayler can be found in her hometown of Memphis, where she enjoys taking hikes, playing with her dog Layla, and spending time with her husband and son.

CHRISTINA SANDERS

TRAINING and CONFERENCE COORDINATOR

Christina "Tina" Sanders is a second-year graduate student at Austin Peay State University studying Industrial-Organizational Psychology. She is passionate about implementing organizational change, leadership development, and strategic planning using research-backed methods for success.
